A must-visit place in Kanchanaburi. Great experience for children or even adults to see Giraffes and other wild animals so close. Self-drive is allowed and is preferred, there’s quite a long queue if you are taking their transport. Please buy sufficient trays of carrots at the entrance, to feed the animals as they don’t sell them inside the park.
The Safari Park offers optional private tour to take photos closely with giraffes and tigers – 1,000 THB per person (advance reservation is required) with additional entrance fee 200THB. If you just want to visit the park, just pay 200THB for a tram to see the animal around. In my opinion, all wildlife in the park have been greatly treated and trained by staff – clean and not too aggressive.
Photographers will be delighted with the many excellent photo opportunities. Tourists are able to get close to an array of animals including a Bengal Tiger, several leopard and lion cubs and adolescent cats, in addition to many of the animals in our Safari Zone.
